1. About Inclivo

Inclivo is a branding and digital marketing agency headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, with a presence in Texas, USA. We serve businesses locally and internationally, offering paid advertising, social media content, branding and identity design, website development, SEO/GEO optimization, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and event coverage.

2. Using Our Website

By visiting inclivo.com, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Copy or distribute our content without written permission
• Misrepresent yourself or your organization when contacting us

We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Our Services & Deliverables

Every engagement starts with a clear scope of work. Timelines, revisions, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in a service agreement or proposal signed before work begins.

We put our best into every project, but results can vary due to factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, budget constraints, etc.). We never guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins; the balance is due on delivery or at agreed milestones
• Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Late payments may result in a pause in services until the balance is settled
• Invoices are issued in PKR or the currency agreed in your contract

5. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Inclivo remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership transfers to you unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Our name, logo, website content, case studies, and proprietary frameworks remain exclusively ours. You may not use them without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information you share with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent — except where required by law or to fulfill your project.

We ask the same in return: please keep any strategies, processes, or proprietary information we share with you confidential.

7. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges — we'll always inform you before billing for anything extra.

For monthly retainers, revision hours are allocated within your package and outlined in your agreement.

8. Cancellations & Termination

• Monthly retainers operate on a 30-day notice period
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If either party exits early, all completed work is handed over upon receipt of any outstanding payments
• Inclivo reserves the right to terminate any agreement if a client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior toward our team

9. White-Label Services

We offer white-label services for agencies and consultants. If you use our white-label offering, you agree to maintain confidentiality about our involvement and take full responsibility for managing your client relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inclivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from the use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta or Google policy updates) that may affect campaign performance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from clients based in Pakistan shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan. Disputes arising from clients based in the United States shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Texas, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
